AETHYR HABITS

Build better habits one tiny step at a time.

This app makes it easy to start, keep and enjoy your daily routines. Track anything: drinking water, reading, exercise, meditation, studying, or quitting a habit you want to leave behind. Tick it off in one tap, watch your streaks grow, and celebrate your wins along the way.

TRACK YOUR WAY

• Build habits or quit them. Quit habits count your days clean, and a slip is never judged

• Daily, specific weekdays, a number of times a week, or every few days

• Goals you can count: glasses of water, minutes, pages, steps

• Built-in timer for habits you do for a set time

• Add notes, reminders and a reason why it matters

• Browse ready-made habit ideas to get started fast

STREAKS THAT FORGIVE

• Skip a day without breaking your streak

• Vacation mode pauses every habit while you are away or unwell

• Pause a single habit for a week

SEE YOUR PROGRESS

• A glass vessel that fills as your day gets done

• Week, month and year views with a colourful heatmap

• Insights that show your best days and how consistent you are

• Log your mood and see how it connects to your habits

• Levels and achievements to keep things fun

ON ALL YOUR DEVICES

• iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, designed for each screen, including foldable layouts

• iCloud keeps everything in step, and it keeps syncing in the background

• Pick up where you left off on another device with Handoff

• Apple Watch app and watch face complications. Tick habits off from your wrist

• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Control Center button

• Ask Siri to log a habit, and find your habits in Spotlight

• Tick off a habit straight from its reminder

APPLE HEALTH

• Let steps, water, exercise, mindful minutes and distance fill in your habits by themselves

FRIENDS AND CHALLENGES

• Start a circle with people you invite and see each other's habits for the day

• Group challenges, a shared habit and a friendly nudge

• Challenges for you too, daily to yearly, set from what you really do

SMART HELP THAT STAYS PRIVATE

• Ask your coach about your own numbers, and say what you did, like "I drank 3 glasses of water", and it is logged once you confirm

• Turn a big goal into a few tiny habits

• A short, kind weekly reflection

• Runs on your device with Apple Intelligence, and can use Apple's Private Cloud Compute for longer answers. On a device without Apple Intelligence the app works fully, just without these smart extras

BEAUTIFUL AND GENTLE ON YOUR EYES

• Built with Apple's Liquid Glass, with a soft, calm white look and a still background

• Works with VoiceOver, larger text, Reduce Motion and more

• Available in 33 languages

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

• No account and no ads

• Export to a spreadsheet or save a full backup whenever you like, and delete everything in one place

• Optional Face ID lock
