BATTLINGUAL is an English-learning quiz game built for Japanese speakers. You and an opponent answer the same questions at the same time, from simple junior-high English up to the phrases you need in meetings, client calls, interviews and business trips.

Note: the app's interface and question prompts are in Japanese.

Answer fast and accurately to score. Chain correct answers for combo bonuses. A wrong answer locks you out for 2 seconds, so guessing doesn't win. You can skip any question. No audio or headphones required.

Start with short, simple sentences: greetings, thanks, asking someone to repeat, shopping, directions. As your rank rises, the questions move to meetings, clients, interviews, and hosting overseas visitors.
