Breathe Easy: Breathing Timer

Breathe Easy is a breathing timer for iPhone and Apple Watch that keeps going with the screen off: the session stays on the Lock Screen, and on your wrist the watch taps out every phase. Pick a rhythm, lock your iPhone, put it face down and breathe: the sound cues carry on, and the Lock Screen shows the phase.

ON YOUR WRIST

On Apple Watch, Breathe Easy taps out every phase: a rising tap to breathe in, a falling one to breathe out, so you can breathe with your eyes closed. Start it from a watch face complication or, on Apple Watch Ultra, the Action button. The free practices are open on the watch; Pro, your custom pattern and your colour theme come from your iPhone.

WHY IT KEEPS GOING

Breathe Easy runs the session like a music player, so your iPhone keeps it going with the screen locked and shows Pause and Play on the Lock Screen.

CALM BY DESIGN

One screen, one orb that breathes with you, a countdown you can read from across the room, and nothing that nags: no streaks, no pop-ups, and the daily reminder stays off unless you turn it on.
