Coloc: Flatshare Organiser

Living with flatmates is great, until nobody remembers who bought the milk or whose turn it is to take out the bins. Coloc keeps your shared home organised, fair and fun.

SPLIT THE GROCERIES FROM THE RECEIPT

Snap the receipt and Coloc reads every item and price right on your phone. Untick the beer you didn't drink, save, and everyone gets a "you owe 6.69 EUR" notification. Running balances and one-tap Settle up keep things fair. Rent, energy and subscriptions split themselves every month.

CHORES THAT ROTATE FAIRLY

Set up bins, bathroom or hoovering once. Coloc rotates them, shows whose turn it is and sends a friendly reminder. Bins overflowing? One tap alerts whoever's turn it is. Away for the week? Your turn is skipped automatically. Can't make it? Ask a flatmate to swap.

A CHAT JUST FOR YOUR FLAT

Messages, photos and emoji reactions, without mixing with every other group chat. Send a heads-up ("friends over tonight") and see who's read it. Settle Friday's dinner with a quick poll.

ONE SHARED SHOPPING LIST

Add "2 milk" or "500g pasta" and Coloc sorts it into aisles. Your usual items are one tap away, and "I'm going shopping" lets everyone add what they need.

A CALENDAR FOR THE WHOLE FLAT

Plans, guests staying over, who's away, tasks and chores, all in one place.

AND THE LITTLE THINGS

House rules everyone agreed on, who owns what in the flat, meter readings to spot a wrong bill, quiet mode for exam week, home-screen widgets, and a moving-out checklist.

Invite flatmates with a short code. Everything syncs live. Free, no ads, no tracking.
