DELTA Home Health

DELTA Home puts your Apple Health data and your DELTA Scale readings on one personal baseline and tells you every day what changed, why it matters and what to do today.

Instead of comparing you to a population average, it builds an N=1 baseline from your own data and interprets it against published standards with the source shown.

Daily brief

· Sleep duration and stages, overnight HRV, resting heart rate, steps, exercise minutes

· This week's progress: aerobic minutes and strength sessions done, what's left, how to spread it over the remaining days

· Today's readiness from recovery score, HRV and sleep: train or take it easy

· 7 / 30 / 90 / 120 / 365-day trends with outlier-resistant statistics, so a blip is called a blip

Body composition (with the DELTA Scale)

· Weight, BMI, body fat, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, water, protein, visceral fat index, BMR, bone mass

· Each classified against a published reference: WHO, Gallagher 2000, Janssen 2004, Mifflin-St Jeor 1990

· Targets computed for you: protein grams, maintenance/deficit calories, aerobic minutes, strength days, sleep hours

· Guest mode so family and friends can weigh in without touching your history

· Raw impedance is stored, so history can be recomputed as formulas improve

Fall-risk early warning

· Reads Apple Health Walking Steadiness and relays Apple's classification

Privacy

· Your data lives in your own account, encrypted, never sold, never used for ads

· Health permissions are granted per category and can be withdrawn any time; export or delete everything in one tap

· Every number in the AI narrative is verified deterministically; the app never diagnoses or prescribes

DELTA Home is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and does not replace professional medical advice.

Sign in with Apple only. Body composition requires the DELTA Scale; exercise minutes and HRV require Apple Watch.
