Evening Log: Daily Check-in

Evening Log is the journal for people who don’t want to write one. Eight short questions every evening, almost all of them a tap, about 30 seconds. After a few weeks you can see in black and white what lifts your mood and what drags it down.

30 SECONDS A DAY

How was your day? How much energy, how much stress, how long did you sleep, did you move, which tags fit the day, one question of the day and, if you like, a sentence. Simple answers move on automatically.

SEE WHAT DOES YOU GOOD

The review shows your average, your trend and the last 12 weeks as a colour grid. Most importantly: your mood on days with gym, friends or 7 hours of sleep compared with days without. A correlation, not a verdict.

QUESTION OF THE DAY

Ten rotating questions like “Were you outside in daylight today?” or “Did you put something off today?” keep it fresh and reveal new patterns.

HISTORY AND SEARCH

Every evening by month, with a monthly average. Search notes and tags. Missed a day? Log it up to three days later.
