Frame & File

Document field work from the first photo to the final report. Frame & File helps general contractors, surveyors documenting site conditions, location scouts, canvassers, inspectors, and other field teams keep photos and notes organized by project.

Whether you are tracking construction progress, canvassing a neighborhood, scouting a location, or walking a property, capture or import photos, add captions and location details, and arrange the record in project folders. Save a site map alongside your field photos. When it is time to share, choose what to include and generate a PDF report.

• Keep photos, notes, and locations together

• Organize work by project and folder

• Add visible captions without changing the original photo

• Save a map with the project

• Select photos and details for a shareable PDF report

Start a field record on your device without creating an account. Frame & File helps you find the details later and share a clear visual account of the work.
