MyEdith: AI Life Coach

Meet EDITH — your private AI life coach.

MyEdith turns your goals into daily action. Instead of tapping through forms and menus, you just talk. Tell EDITH what you're working on and she builds it into your life: your habits, your schedule, your goals, and your journal — all tracked automatically, all in one place.

EDITH stands for Empowering Discipline, Insight, Tenacity & Health. That's her whole job: to help you show up every day and actually hit what you set out to do.

HOW IT WORKS

Just say it in plain English:

• "Remind me to take creatine every day at 9pm" — done, daily.

• "On Saturday I have an 8am workout" — it lands on Saturday, not today.

• "Start tracking my hydration" — a new habit, scored to your standard.

• "I want to hit 225 lbs" — a goal with a live progress chart.

EDITH does the work, then coaches you on what's next.

WHAT YOU GET

• Conversational habits — scored against YOUR goals, not a generic target.

• A real schedule — plan your whole week by talking; each block lands on the right day.

• Daily reminders — recurring nudges delivered right on time.

• Goals with charts — watch your numbers move toward the target.

• A private journal — capture a thought in a sentence.

• Honest coaching — direct, no fluff, focused on discipline.
