Nimba Salons

Nimba Salons PRO turns your phone into the front desk of your salon.

Built for salons, barbershops, nail bars and beauty studios working with

Nimba, it keeps the whole business in one place: the appointment book, the

team, the service menu, the products you sell, and the numbers behind them.

EVERY APPOINTMENT IN ONE PLACE

Open the app and today is already there: who is coming, at what time, to

which master. Appointments booked by clients arrive instantly, and you can

add walk-ins yourself. Move an appointment, confirm it, mark it finished or

cancel it, and everyone stays in sync.

YOUR TEAM, YOUR HOURS

Add every master to the team and give each one their own working hours and

days off. The schedule respects them automatically, so nobody gets booked

when they are not in. Each master sees their own day, and you can switch

between the owner view and the master view whenever you need to.

A SERVICE MENU THAT FITS YOUR SALON

Group services into categories, set the price and duration of each, and

offer paid extras on top. Sell products next to services and see which ones

move fastest.

REGULARS WORTH KEEPING

Issue gift cards, sell memberships and set up subscriptions, so your best

clients have a reason to come back.

TALK TO YOUR CLIENTS

Answer questions in the built-in chat and reply to reviews without leaving

the app. Push notifications reach you the moment a new booking, a

cancellation or a message arrives.

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS

Reports show booking statistics, payments, and which masters bring in the

most work over the period you choose.

YOUR SALON PAGE

Keep your profile the way clients see it: photos and gallery, address on the

map, contact details and working hours.
