Yapp

Yapp turns a ten-second voice note into a written job record.

Finish a job, tap the mic, and say what you did. Yapp writes down the vehicle, the type of work, what you charged and how you were paid — then keeps it where you can find it again.

NO FORMS

Say it however it comes out. One sentence, any order. Yapp reads the whole thing and sorts out the details.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL

Basements, roadsides, underground car parks. Your recording is saved on your phone the moment you stop talking, and goes through when you're back in range. Nothing is lost waiting for bars.

IT LEARNS YOUR WORDS

When Yapp mishears something, fix it once. It remembers, and stops getting that word wrong. Your corrections are yours alone — the makes you work on, the suburbs you cover, the way you say things.

ONLY WHAT YOU NEED

Not everyone tracks the same things. Switch off any field you never fill in and Yapp stops asking for it — on screen and in the note.

PHOTOS

Add photos to a job straight after recording. They're kept with it.

NOTHING GETS LOST

Your jobs, recordings and photos are backed up. Lose your phone, get a new one, sign in — it's all there.

FIND ANY JOB

Today, this week, last month, or any dates you pick. Totals and what's still owed, right at the top.

Built for locksmiths, and useful to anyone who finishes a job and needs a record of it — auto electricians, mobile mechanics, trades of all kinds.
