How Winners Are Selected

At GameZone Pro, we believe in complete transparency. Here's exactly how we select winners for our daily, weekly, and monthly diamond giveaways.

1. Eligibility

Only participants who have completed all 6 participation steps are eligible. We verify each entry for valid Free Fire UID, no duplicate submissions from the same user in the same period, and compliance with our terms of service.

2. Random Selection

Winners are selected using a certified random selection process. We use a computer algorithm that assigns each eligible participant an equal chance. No human intervention influences who wins. The process is auditable and fair.

3. Announcement

Winners are publicly announced on our Winners page with their in-game name and UID (partially masked for privacy). The announcement includes the date, prize amount, and delivery status.

4. Delivery

Diamonds are delivered to winner accounts within 24-48 hours of announcement. We update the delivery status on our website once confirmed. Winners can verify receipt in their Free Fire in-game mailbox.

5. Disputes

If you believe there was an error, contact us within 7 days of the announcement. We will investigate and respond. Our decision is final.
