By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the GameZone Pro website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GameZone Pro. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To access our website and participate in our Free Fire diamond giveaways, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in giveaways and provide any personal information. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using our services in compliance with COPPA regulations.
Valid Free Fire Account: You must possess a valid, active Free Fire account in good standing. Accounts that have been banned, suspended, or restricted by Garena are not eligible for participation. You are responsible for ensuring your account details are accurate and up to date.
Regional Availability: You must reside in a region where our services are legally available. Some giveaways may have additional geographic restrictions as specified on the individual giveaway pages.
Legal Compliance: You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in promotional giveaways or contests. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request additional documentation or verification. Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in disqualification from current and future giveaways without notice.

3. Giveaway Rules & Participation

GameZone Pro operates three tiers of Free Fire diamond giveaways, each with specific rules and participation requirements:

Daily Giveaways: Award 50 diamonds each to 5 winners every day. Entries reset at midnight UTC. Each eligible participant may enter once per 24-hour period.

Weekly Giveaways: Award 1,000 diamonds to 3 winners each week. The entry period runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Each eligible participant may enter once per weekly period.

Monthly Giveaways: Award 10,000 diamonds to 3 grand prize winners each month. The entry period runs from the first day to the last day of each calendar month. Each eligible participant may enter once per monthly period.

To participate in any giveaway, you must complete all required steps as specified on the giveaway entry page. This typically includes providing your valid Free Fire UID and username. Incomplete entries will not be considered. All steps must be completed within the designated entry period. No entries will be accepted after the closing time for any giveaway period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any giveaway. Giveaways are free to enter and are funded through our advertising revenue. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Winner Selection Process

Winners are selected through a computerized random selection process from the pool of all eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway period. The selection process is designed to be fair, unbiased, and transparent. Each valid entry has an equal probability of being selected.

The random selection is conducted promptly after the close of each giveaway period. Winners are publicly announced on our website with their Free Fire UID displayed for transparency and verification purposes. We may also announce winners through our social media channels including Telegram, YouTube, and Instagram.

The decisions of GameZone Pro regarding winner selection are final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or challenges regarding the selection process will be entertained. In the event that a selected winner is found to be ineligible or to have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Prize Delivery Terms

Diamonds are delivered to winners' Free Fire accounts within 24 to 48 hours of the official winner announcement, subject to the following conditions:

The winner's Free Fire UID must be valid and correspond to an active account at the time of delivery.
The winner's account must be in good standing with Garena and not subject to any bans, suspensions, or restrictions that would prevent the receipt of diamonds.
We may require winners to verify their identity or account ownership before processing the delivery. Winners must respond to verification requests within 72 hours.
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including Garena's server maintenance, regional restrictions, or technical issues with the Free Fire platform.

GameZone Pro is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in prize delivery caused by third-party platforms, incorrect account information provided by the winner, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a winner fails to respond to verification requests or provides invalid account details, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at our sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using our website, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using the website for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, servers, or other users' accounts or personal information.
Interfering with or disrupting the proper functioning of the website, including through denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.
Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human means to access the website, submit giveaway entries, or interact with our services.
Creating multiple accounts or submitting duplicate entries in an attempt to increase your chances of winning.
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during giveaway participation or in any communication with us.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate and permanent banning from our website and all future giveaways, without prior notice or refund of any kind. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All content on the GameZone Pro website, including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, page layouts, software code, and the compilation thereof, is the property of GameZone Pro or its content creators and licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Free Fire, Free Fire Max, and all related game assets, character names, skin names, weapon names, logos, and visual elements are trademarks and intellectual property of Garena International I Private Limited. Their use on our website is for informational and reference purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Garena.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from our website without our prior written consent. Limited, non-commercial personal use is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The GameZone Pro website and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable. Your use of our website is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameZone Pro, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our website or services. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the website exceed the greater of fifty US dollars (USD $50) or the total value of any prizes you have actually received from us through our giveaway programs. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GameZone Pro, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of or access to the website; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or any content or information you submit or transmit through the website.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the website and participate in any giveaways ceases immediately. Any pending giveaway entries may be voided at our discretion. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GameZone Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. You agree to waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
